I did not understand that after completing the application that you would simply send a application that I would then need to print and mail along with additional money to the City courthouse. I paid almost 100 dollars for you only to plug in information to a form. I thought you would process the request and submit to the appropriate city of birth.

Fairly easy to fill out but in the end with additional expenses it was disappointing. Basically all that is needed to be done is copy the original and send a copy. It would cost less than 60 cents to mail it out. In the future I will find an easier way to get certification of my family

The process is easy of course, but I specifically wanted a LONG FORM Birth Certificate. There was no indication anywhere on this site's pages of the OPTION to purchases a LONG FORM or SHORT FORM. So, I'm taking an expensive gamble here because I already have a short-form birth certificate.
