I would definitely NOT recommend US Birth Certificates and Vital records. This is a 3rd party entity not associated in any way with any legitimate government records entity. I basically contacted them for a copy of an updated birth certificate with a legal name change. I got the run around for 2 months straight with the only correspondence being via email with a customer service rep identified only by a first name. Multiple emails sent to me regarding multiple uploads sent of official court docs deemed either too dark or illegible. I was never able to contact any human at this company and was only given a number to correspond with my "order". Once I pushed back I was given a phone number to contact the vital records for New York Dept. of Health which is only a voice message loop where no one ever picks up. Although I did receive my refund, I would still NOT recommend anyone waste their time with this service that inevitably provides NO SERVICE.
