I just today, March 3,2025, received an Official Birth Certificate (BC) that I ordered from US Birth Certificates around February 19,2025.
What had made for an unsettling experience was receiving two emails from US Birth Certificates almost immediately upon my submittal and at lease one week in advance of the delivery of my BC that made it feel as though I should have received the BC by the first email confirmation notice when in actuality, whoever or whatever sent the confirmation notices made them come to me very prematurely instead of after a projected delivery.
All's well now as my actual Birth Certificate is in my possession and will sit comfortably among my other important records.

It was very hard to put in the state of NY and I had other technical difficulties as well with the forms.
When I uploaded a form and submitted it, they wouldn't let me upload another so I had to call cust. Svc. The next day and waste a day when I wanted to get the birth certificate asap. I guess they wanted me to upload both of the docs at the same time but the directions weren't at all clear.
