J'ai essayé 3 différente cartes de crédit et le Paypal mais, ils ne fonctionnaient pas. J'ai même appelé leur service a la clientèle, il n'était même pas capable de compléter la transaction.
Si vous essayez sur des articles a plain prix, ca va fonctionner mais pas sur des article en rabais.!
I ordered a shoes from puma application they ask me they will take 3 to 5 days. And they were already take 16 days i really disappointed from them even they do not send me the reply of any email and message. I suggest you to everyone dont buy shoes from the application.
Extremely disappointing customer care. I had ordered (Ordered ID: *******) two puma shoes but received only one. When complained the customer care said they can't help because they cannot find any fault at there end and the order was correctly packed and dispatched from warehouse and was delivered without damage. It's not Rs. 100- Rs. 200 footwear, it costs thousands of rupees and to bear a loss/fraud this huge from a reputed brand is highly highly disappointing.
I clicked "pay" and did not see a "review your order."
The confirmation email had the wrong delivery address, I contacted the email customer service noticing that and the next morning called them explaining the wrong address. They were not capable of correcting the delivery address nor canceling the order. So, I payed for shoes that someone else will get, delivered by FedEx. It's better to use amazon.
I ordered a pair of trainers from Puma online and was sent the wrong pair (wrong design and different size). They advised to send them back for a refund and 40 days later I am still waiting. I have phoned and emailed numerous times and just get told they will 'forward my request to the corresponding team'. On a couple of occasions I have been blatantly lied to, presumably just to get rid of me. I also had a 60% discount code which I was told I would be given another one so that I could order again at the same price. It took 5 weeks to get this. Absolutely awful customer service.
I have like Puma trainers, but even with the discount code I have decided to never shop here again.
Puma's shoes become worn out very quick. Got some puma sneakers back in late December 2022 as of late March 2023 the shoe started to tear. The front of it also started to crease as well and rubber is starting to tear and come off. The shoes are of low quality and are not cheap which is disappointing. If you want shoes, buy from another company other than puma.
I purchased these shoes less than a year I want to say, they do not get worn regularly as I work in an office and have other tennis shoes...The SOLES ARE FAKE and the shoe cracks - These shoes are not in bad shape AT ALL. They refuse to take responsibility. Spend your money elsewhere.
They basically told me this is normal where and tear.
This is their response "Unfortunately, we can only accommodate for products that are deemed defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue. We do not provide replacements or refunds for items that have experienced normal wear and tear that comes with frequent use or time. There are a lot of variables to take into consideration: How often the item is worn, how much pressure is applied to the front, side and or heel of the sneaker, as well as environmental factors that may affect the quality. "
I've ordered a couple of pair of shoes from the puma website several times and every time they give you a date of when your package will be there. It's never there on the day they say I will receive most multiple emails on the package date changing even if you pay for extra shipping. It is always the same. This will definitely be my last time ordering from puma

Big hole under both insoles with just a few months of light wear. Having bought direct with Puma.com, contacted them directly but they refused to do anything due to the time since purchase (I'd not worn them for a few months after purchase).
Won't ever buy Puma again. AVOID!
This is first and last time ordering from Puma. The order came fast for my soccer cleats, but they did. It fit. I mailed them back the same day. Because I didn't want to order online again. The cleats were returned to them with 5 days. Called about my refund and was advised they received my item, but I have to give 10 business days to process my refund. On the 10th, no refund. Called again and was advised they will submit a request for the refund. This is such an inconvenience. Obviously I need my money back to but more cleats!
I bought several clothing items during a big sale and they were far from being worth even the discounted price. These are extremely low quality fabrics. The shirts are paper thin and get worse after the first wash (logos peeling, fading, stretched into awkward shapes...), the sweats and sweatshirts are extremely thin and start pilling immediately. Everything I bought will end up in the trash after 2-3 wears. They have better quality clothing at the dollar store.
I bought 5 pairs of men's underwear
Went on vacation
Washed them and tossed my receipts and packaging
But
THESE underwear have NO fly
NO access
NO egress
Can someone on the face of the earth e plane this to me?

I can give flotter to repair twice but reparing standard is not a mark of puma. From last 6-7 months I fight for proper resolution but no outcomes. Now I mail to *******@empirelifestyle.co.in *******@puma.com the mail is also returned.
They can phone to me and the same cut before I pickup their phone in single ring.
I did not collect my repaired flotter from puma due to poor standard of repairing.
Because of big name they do not bothered customer complain.
Do to at present non availability of flotter I cannot add photos of flotter
I ordered my shoes online but they sent me totally different item and they want me to go to FedEx to return then why would I spend so much to buy online and pay delivery charges when they can't even pickup the wrong item. Its better to go instore. Waste of time and money. I was not even able to go and return them on time because of busy schedule. Such a waste of money and time. Don't order from puma.
The quality of the shoes not good and also when I returned they didn't refund me the money.never buy it again from puma. I have to rate you but 0 not 1
I do not normally write bad reviews, but I just ordered a pair of shoes for $140 plus tax. I selected the option "20% off site wide-no coupon code needed". There are no exclusions listed, no asterisk to alert you that there are exclusions. Absolute NOTHING. When I called customer service, they only offered an apology that the shoes ordered were not eligible for the discount, and asked me if I wanted to cancel the order. That is it.
Could possibly be my first and last purchase from PUMA
I tried to upload a picture, proving there are no exclusions listed, but was unable to.
I have tried to change address for my order and was told it can be done but turn out it wasn't a change but a request if I was told that I would of had canceled and reorder. It to late and now it going wrong address and if the current resident keep the shoe I will not receive a refund or a new order I have tried to contact FedEx to see if it can be put on hold on at one location and was told only puma can request cause of how puma put in the shipping order now I will not get shoe on top of my money spent buy shoe go to waste this I worst experience every never have once dealt with headache like this before. If we can change address please let people know so they can at least cancel their order. This will be last time I ever buy anything from puma
I bought a pair of men's running shoes direct from Puma Canada. The side of the one shoe started coming apart. I called customer service and they instructed me how to sent in a report with pictures of the problem and etc. After sending in the report and picture I get an e mail saying they will give full credit back to my credit card and to expect it is 4 to 5 business days. After about 8 business day I did not receive any credit so I call again and they said they would put it through and it would show up in 2 business days. Now it is over 2 weeks later and NO CREDIT? They are now sending me emails asking for the same info I already give them? Terrible company to deal with.
The sizes are never consistent. The customer service is poor. The delivery times are atrocious. Their online UX is pathetic. Their refund procedures are slow. I made an order. I received an order number with my details via email, but when I try find the order linked to my email it says it can't find the order, but it is exactly as provided in the email. I also made the order on my account and the order is not reflecting in my account. I've had to change my password numerous times because the site keeps telling me I have the wrong password even though I keep changing it to exactly the same password everytime. I am not inclined to buy online from Puma ever again. I am less than impressed. I want to get my refund if my last purchase and be done with this company.
