Great price and no problems ordering
The stove came with a small dent on the top - I did not open the box within 24 hours because there was no damage to the box, and we were not ready to install it (got it during the week and planned for a weekend install). When I notified the company and sent a picture, they said they could not do anything for me because I should have opened the box within 24 hours. I asked if they sold scratch and dent items, and their response was no. My suggestion is to be sure to check the applicance for paint chips or scratches immediately and report any problems within 24 hours.
2nd time I have ordered from us appliance. Very satisfied.

Going through US Appliance saved us money since we didn't pay tax or shipping. The shipping took longer than we expected about 4 weeks. Our washer arrived with a tiny scratch. I called it in and was promptly helped. We were given a refund to buy paint to cover the scratch. I would definitely buy from them again.

Going to be doing a kitchen remodel and was told about this site and I am thoroughly thrilled with the selection and prices!
Our range arrived damaged in transit, as did the second unit I ordered to replace the first one. Both times their customer service department was great to work with, but I would not suggest ordering a range if it has to be shipped across continental US. The first unit was obviously dropped and the second slipped on the pallet it was shipped on and pushed in the lower left corner causing the lower drawer to be crooked. Neither unit was usable as they arrived on our property. Unfortunately I had to spend $800 more to order a replacement from a local appliance store.
