We ordered our first set of appliances from US Appliance and were very pleased with the ordering process, price, and delivery. We recently flooded from Hurricane Harvey and again came back to order. Very pleased!
This is all based on my website experience. I'll hold my comments until I see how speed of delivery goes, and the condition of the appliances when delivered and the service I get should I have a problem.
Pricing and service were great. The products, particularly the refigerator were not perfect. I wonder if I got a Frigidaire second or a product that didn't pass inspection.

So far the experience has been awesome. This has been wonderful and the appliances are so great in the box. I have not gotten the remodel completed yet so the appliances were not hooked up but they are beautiful. This is a great deal and I have already told so many people about it. Thank you! How can I make exchanges if the stove is too high for my island?

The website works well for shopping and finding a deal. The pricing was great as we got a very nice refrigerator at a huge discount and it came in without any damage and is in place and working. The promised delivery date was met but several hours later then the window of delivery. I was the last stop on the delivery in my area and instead of the delivery happening within the four hour window of 1 to 4 PM, which is a very broad window to plan around, it did not show up until after dark at around 7 PM. The person handling the delivery was nice and was able to put the refrigerator into my garage which is where I wanted to place it anyway which was lucky for us. I could not have moved the refrigerator on my own and I did not realize that instead of white gloves delivery, it was curbside delivery.
