So far so good. The delivery time was delayed but the delivery man was delightful.
Shopping experience was great however I had issues with my financing application so I ended up just paying with a credit card (not ideal). Also, the dryer unit was received with a roughly 3' x 3' x.5' dent on the left side towards the top center. The dent seems to be a visual issue only as the units both work great!

This is my 2nd purchase and the purchase was very efficient. Us appliance was fabulous, Shipping delivery communication with Pilot could have been better. We called to change phone number to call and that wasn't communicated to the driver as it was indicated it would.
