Item received damaged. The delivery company arrived but were unable to delivery the item into the home due to personnel not being strong enough to move the refrigerator. I had to get a neighbor to help me and the other two that brought the item move the refrigerator into the home. I noticed damage to the box and when we removed the box, the refrigerator had a dent in the door. Had to call US appliance and start the repair process.
EXTREMELY disappointed. I received a damaged product and was given NO help from US-Appliance. My family and I have been customers for years and sadly this was our first bad experience. This has tainted your company and we will NEVER purchase products again.

September 30,2020 i spoke to a salesperson from US Appliance and over the phone purchased a gas stove for $7,810.80. I was shopping on line all day with different companies. The salesperson said he would send me an email confirmation- he did not. I assumed the purchase did not go through. I did not hear from the company again until October 19,2020 when i was notified there was shipment coming. I immediately called the number listed as i did not recognize the order. I spoke to customer service and they told me "you should be more responsible and monitor your credit card app more closely" i told them i had no idea the sale went through, i never received any invoice or confirmation of the purchase and furthermore, I didn't even recall their company name from my shopping. They immediately emailed me an invoice (on October 19,2020) acknowledging they had not sent it prior- nor had they sent terms and conditions nor had they sent a confirmation of the purchase. They refused to reverse the charges. I had to submit a dispute with American Express. They ultimately refunded $6,114.10 claiming i was responsible for cancellation fees/ shipping and handling. This product was never shipped to me. They kept $1,696.70 of my money-they never confirmed or communicated that an order was even placed! Horrible people.
The oven came defective and US Appliance refuse to replace the oven. They want me to go repair route and I refuse since I purchase this oven to not continue with the repair route. I went through 6 months of repair with my last range. If I purchase a new range, it should not come defective and if it is defective, it should be replaced not repaired. I did not buy a use range.
My last range was a top of the line range and I could have save money and kept that range.

I tried to email, called and never got a hold of customer service. I have a rubbed spot on the refrigerator and just wanted a little paint to fix it.
Happy with absolutely everything except the shipping company you used for delivery. They refused to stay while I opened the box and inspected it even though that is a requirement of yours.
Great customer service and pricing. I do think delivery options could be better explained at the time you place your order. I did not know until I sent to schedule my delivery that my items would be left curbside and not brought into my house. It seems that option was something I was supposed to select at the time I placed my order... I did not see that option when I placed my order and as a 62 yr old single woman, having my appliances brought INTO my house is critically important to me. Aside from that, I was very pleased with the service I received from US Appliances.

But when trying to reach out to find where my appliance was in the shipping process, my email went without a response. Covid has certainly slowed shipping considerably, but being completely in the dark with a proposed date, or at least some sort of communication updating the customer of its whereabouts, would have been helpful.
The customer support was ok. I would have liked more communication stating when appliances would be available.
So far easy good pricing. Took forever for delivery. Microwave was damaged but had to use it anyway, no time to wait for a replacement.
