I purchased a fridge, it didn't arrive when they said it would. I dealt with Beverly at customer service who could be hte worst customer service agent ever. I had requested inside delivery but she told me (after it left the company) that they don't do inside delivery and not only that that the truck would not drive on a gravel driveway so they were going to leave it on the road! After 3 more days or talking to them I finally had to hire 3 people here to meet them and bring the fridge inside. She also had the nerve to charge me an extra delivery charge of $140 because it was apparently on the truck the first day but they wouldn't delivery because of the gravel driveway.
I thought it was a great deal with your prices, but then I had to buy a dryer plug and water hoses and install it. They were not brought into the house, and now I have to figure out a way to get rid of the boxes and the pallet. I would have paid a little more with Best Buy and they would have been installed, and I wouldn't have had the headache of disposing of the LARGE boxes and pallet. I do have to say, I did get them delivered pretty fast.
Quick and easy checkout. We'll see how the shipping speed compares to others.
Update: It took 4 weeks to receive shipment which was hard but still within the estimated time frame so I can't complain at the Price I paid.

Delivery Service was terrible. Truck would drive on county road or come within 3 miles of site. Appliance dented when it arrived, but reported after the one day period. US Appliance refused to deal with the issue, saying it is our problem.

Love the appliances, however the stove was dropped in transit or prior to transit? An the right side was crushed from top to bottom. The Fed Ex Driver noted the damage on his delivery page and they are working

Very easy and customer service people very helpful. Delivery carrier made appointment for delivery and did not show up. We got no call about it. The next scheduled delivery was in a few days and we had to drive two and a half hours to Albany and two and a half hours back so we could get it and move on with our renovation. The service from US Appliance was great, but the delivery company did a lame job.
