Never again

I'm ordered twice from this company and every time, the product is said to be "in production" and doesn't get delivered on time. Customer service is horrible and says "it's in production there's nothing we can do". I had two orders, tried to eventually cancel because the delivery time kept moving, was told it was in production and couldn't do anything. Had to dispute with my credit card and cancel payment. A month later I received an email that they couldn't complete my order and they were cancelling it. Never again!

I have ordered from UPrinting for a while and as of late their quality has gotten terrible, as has their packaging and customer service.

On April 30, I ordered two different color tumblers from them (red and smoke), they told me the red was out of stock so I changed it to black. Then they told me it was actually the black that is out of stock so I changed it to red.

They said they were in production. It is supposed to be a 6 day turn around so I talk to customer service again today and they tell me it is the red that is out of stock and that the black is in stock.

I still have the emails.

The black has finally been shipped. But now I'm left with no black tumblers and late orders for my customers.

I also ordered some prints from the. And compared to prints I ordered from them back in March, their paper feels like it has gotten thinner. Honestly, the quality feels terrible and they way they shipped them was horrific. The just threw them at the bottom of the box and put some kraft paper in there. The corners of the box were banged around which means the prints also got damaged.

The past few orders with them have been an absolute nightmare and I would not recommend them to anyways.

I'm so frustrated with their service. Which I hate because I never had issues with them before, until recently.

I have been a customer for years

I don't really get all of the bad reviews. I have been using Uprinting.com for years... like over a decade. I have found results are more consistent than other online printing companies... like when I have to reprint. I don't really remember every being disappointed. It isn't like the old days when a company would pay me as a designer to sit at the printers for half a day to proof and sign off before they run... but then again, there is an enormous price difference from what printing used to be.

Shipping fees

I have been using U-Printing for over a year printing many items from trifold brochures to business cards to leaflets to banners...
I finally MUST STOP... I cannot afford the shipping rates of this company.
I tried to place an order today for a box (1000) business cards... shipping to Florida... shipping STANDARD delivery was 31.53. They told me they follow FEDex rates... I know better as all shipping companies give great rates to companies that ship a lot of freight. Time for me to say good by to Printing! Shipping should not be a separate profit center...

Our default carrier is FedEx but we do ship via UPS and USPS/DHL which might have more cost effective rates. Customer have the option to also use personal shipping account on most of our products which will remove our shipping rates. We ordered business cards to be printed on CLEAR plastic stock. We have had these same cards printed by other vendors in the past, this was not our first go at it. We sent them the very same design other card companies have printed for us in the past, but what we got was totally useless. When we asked about them they constantly tried to blame us, and not once took any thread of responsibility. They asked us "do you understand what clear cards are?" and "But there is a reason why it was called clear business cards". Then later said that we didn't request a proof and they can not help us. what... They never once said "we can not print with solid color inks", or never said "we cant add a white ink background" instead they suggested we use white cards... WHAT... We supplied art work with a white background, they just removed it and printed the card without checking with us. THEY CHANGED OUR DESIGN AND PRINTED WITHOUT CONFIRMING WITH US. THEN BLAMED US FOR THE ISSUE. Just a really bad experience we deal with 100's of companies a month, and this company is the worst, snake oil to get people to place overpriced orders then stick you with the trash they produce. You can CLEARLY (pun intended) see the difference between the two cards in my attached image... UPrinting cards are pretty much useless, other printers cards are still printed on Clear stock (edges) so it has all of the positives of plastic, but can be read and used. Don't just take my word on it, you can find MANY similar complaints on the net, just google the other reviews for these people.

Clear card is clear all right... lol clear card, clear inks, might as well of sent us a box of air, we could have given out invisible business cards...

Do Not Order Anything From UPrinting
March 16, 2021

I order the window decals and they didn't not stick. We apply water to see if that would help them stick and it didn't. Called to inform them of the issues, they said that I was applying it wrong or doing it wrong. I've order this product many times before from another company and never had this issue. Then they stated they would give a refund until they test the product. This customer service and product are trash. Go to vistaprint and order your still or a local printing company.

Misrepresented order
March 3, 2021

Updating review: Amber from UPrint contacted me and offered a credit toward the order I wanted to begin with. She was courteous and responsive. I am relieved that what I wanted was a reasonable price. She was able to show me the selection that I apparently made but this selection is not viewable on my order. Be very careful when you place an order to be sure that it is what you think it is! I would recommend calling a representative to be sure that you get what you want vs ordering online without this additional guidance. I do appreciate the response that the company provided.

Original Review:
I ordered notecards from this company. The cards arrived and are beautiful but they are not folded. The representative insisted that I should have known based on the specs that the notecards were flat. There was nothing in the specs that indicated that the notecards were flat and not folded. My understanding of a notecard is that it is folded and a postcard is "flat". The specs did not say "flat" and they did not say "not folded." The representative continued to insist that I should have known based on the specs that the notecard was actually a postcard.
I spent way too long on the phone discussing this with the representative who eventually offered me a 20% discount and the advice to call them before placing my order next time. I will not be placing another order with this company and I have paid for something I do not want.

Just... wow. And not in a good way.

Website was clunky but passable. Over half of the product specs I selected/set where completely different when I received the order confirmation. It took an additional 20-minutes on the phone to resolve the issue. I had to walk the customer service rep through the mistakes, and he struggled with concepts like "landscape" or "portrait" orientation, didn't understand margins, and failed to to recognize how changing the orientation affected other selections.

Unacceptable Quality
February 9, 2021

Ordered black and white prints, I received grey prints, unlike the image I approved or what was advertised on their website. Customer service tries to do what they can, I don't think they receive support from management. The issue was not resolved. Contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
2-12-21 UPrinting has issued a credit for reordering, I will keep you posted on the new prints.
The new prints came in and are as they should be. I had to pay an additional $53 to get them right. It shouldn't take getting on social media to get an issue corrected. I am updating my review score from 1 star to 3 because my final product is nice.

Do Not Give Them Your Business!

I received my sign and it was blurry and unusable. I asked for a refund and after two days of back and forth they agreed to give me $7! What a joke. I told them to keep it. In comparison I ordered a sign from a competitor and they emailed and asked if they could adjust it so it would be sharper. Theirs came out perfect. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. You can see from my order confirmation pic they said they would contact me if my image would not print correctly but they never contacted me. They just printed it blurry and sent it.

Horrible quality

I purchased 1000 business thank you cards from them. First of all their shipping price is staggering. They offer absolutely no free domestic shipping, doesn't matter how much you're spending.

Secondly and most importantly, the print quality is HORRIBLE. I purchased a stock image from their design platform and emailed customer support to make sure that the final products will not have the watermark & serial number, in which they assured me. What did I see when I opened the package... poor quality, pixelated print WITH watermark and serial number.

Last but absolutely not least, the cards are all dirty. Yes all 1000 of them. Smuged and stained with red and white spots.

I should have trusted all the bad reviews I read about this company but against all odds, because of the affordable price, I went with them anyway.

Believe me when I say TRUST THE BAD REVIEWS and choose other company.

One workaround that a lot of our customers have found to be helpful is for one to use their own FedEx or UPS shipping account. If you have your own account then we can use it for shipping, and you will only need to pay for the print cost of a job.

Bought Pouches from them, never again
December 24, 2020

I bought pouches from Uprinting. The metal gold printing come out wrong, they delivered pouches that were not properly cut. A disaster, I complained, sent them all back and they sent me back again telling all was ok. Ended up dumping the material. Disaster company, never again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

As a small business, our image and brand are everything. I place a small order of 30 custom printed boxes on this site 30 days in advance of needing them. I called and told the rep I'm placing this order to mail gifts to our clients I need them by December 1, they assured me I would have the boxes by then. I just spoke with a manager that told me I will not get them until December 8-9. I will now have to spend several hundred dollars more shipping theses gifts in time for the holidays. NOT WORTH IT!

They sent the wrong size print by a quarter of an inch and argued that they did everything right. Won't help the customer in any way. Don't waste your time and use a reputable company that truly understands customer service

A disaster, the attention is horrible, they say they will place your order in 15 days, but then it takes more than 60 days, they never respond to emails, and the online chat is simply embarrassing, they always say "the printing team will contact you... Don't waste your money!

Don't fall for the fake reviews! Anything above two stars is a bogus, most likely employee(s) written, review. This is complete price gouging and you don't even know it... When shopping around and comparing prices, they come up as pretty reasonable, but what you don't know is that they will get you on your way out (checkout) on shipping and "handling". They are as ruthless as they are shameless! They have anywhere between a 30 and 50% markup on shipping costs! I am not even talking about the shabby, subpar quality of their work/product. I have twice ordered from these ripoffs just to give them the benefit of doubt, but now it's time to give my business to someone else.

From now on, it's either Staples or Office Depot.

Very bad customer service ever! No care about customer! I didn't received my real order, i get wrong! When i call and ask about help they said cannot help bc of shipped already, so it is what we want to hear? Very bad! Definitely not recommend to anybody!
