I am really happy with my new desk... and the process of buying it was really effortless. I wanted to take advantage of two discount codes, one for a free lamp, and another for a percent off a whole order, and Marianne offered to create the order on the backend, and kept me posted on updates... all before the end-of-year deadline to make it a ******* business purchase! I really appreciated their active assistance.

With all the shipping delays I began to worry about when I would receive my desk. After working with Avalon I feel so much better. After a phone call, she followed up with an email and then stayed in constant communication with me, addressing any questions or concerns that came up. I have yet to receive my desk (it's on it's way, I have the tracking number), so not 5 stars now (once it's here and put together, I'll come back) but the customer service is definitely 5 stars of excellence.
I researched a stand up desk for months and thankful someone mentioned this company to me in passing. They had all the things I was looking for at a reasonable price. Really happy with how my workspace turned out. I had a minor issue upon getting my desktop and I chatted with customer service and had a lovely convo with Avalon Myst. She was quick and helpful to resolve my questions. Authentic customer service conversations that are not scripted and robotic are rare these days so I feel she deserves a mention!
I realized after receiving and setting up my desk that I needed to have the 24 inch deep desktop, not the 30 inch. I contacted customer service and immediately the service rep - Avalon - reached out, started the exchange, generated the new order for the replacement parts and set up the return shipping process. Very happy with this experience.

I went all out on the desk and got a lot of the cool accessories. The desk top feels solid and high quality. The accessories are top notch and super useful, especially the CPU holder, keyboard tray, and the saddle stool. And the post sales service is absolutely incredible. The paddle keypad is great but I changed my mind and wanted the number keypad. Avalon in customer service was super quick to respond and helped me get my keypad replaced. Would highly recommend!

First, I want to say the customer service I received up front, prior to any purchase I made, was fantastic. I spoke with Harper about a couple of different desk top options I was unsure about, and asked if I could receive some additional photos, which I promptly got! This very much helped me make my decision, and further cemented my choice of Uplift. So, Harper, if you are reading this, thank you very much and you were absolutely right about the reclaimed birch butcher block - beautiful piece(s) of wood, beautiful top.
The desk top as I mentioned is fantastic, the support frame is also a fantastic. As has been mentioned elsewhere, it is a bit of a long process to put the desk together, but not difficult. The movement up and down is fluid and plenty quick enough, and not particularly loud. A note on the frame color, for anyone picking the industrial style, be aware it has a kind of bronze hue to it, it is not just grey.

Avalon was such a tremendous help in solving a complex issue with delivery by FedEx. She worked to locate the missing shipment, and issued a replacement when the errant box somehow ended up on the other side of the country. All the while she was warm and reassuring.

Desiree, their Senior Sales & Customer Service Specialist, Has helped me tremendously, although the site is very informative and customizing your desk is a breeze. I still needed help and without hesitation Desiree helped me with the smallest of my problems, Especially on a busy holiday season.
She was even able to help me delay the shipping date so that the package arrives at the office while everyone was here to receive the package.
Unfortunately, I had an issue with my desk upon receipt so I had to call customer service. Avalon was super professional and took care of it quickly! Long story short... FedEx lost packages, delivered damaged components, but Uplift took care of everything. Uplift, especially Marianne, took care of resending packages and replaced all damaged components quick and easily. Oh yeah, the desk is solid and amazing. I have been in the technology business for over 25 years and this desk is solid.
I had an issue with one of the chairs on the site and contacted customer support. Avalon took care of me and provided excellent customer service. I will look to purchase again from Uplift because they take care of their customers. Thanks.
Got my UPLIFT Standing Desk V2 a few weeks ago and was easy to mount (tabletop has most of the holes pre-drilled, although depending on your add-ons you may need to drill a couple more). The desk has high-quality finish and it's perfect for a home office.
Unfortunately a piece was faulty (control box) and the desk stopped working on the second day. I reached out to Upliftdesk support, and they solved the issue in minutes via Chat. After a couple of days I got my replacement control box at home for free and the desk works perfectly since then. Shout out to Jackson Dely and Avalon Reese-Aceves who were the support agents that provided frustration-free support!
Answer: Very easy, as others have said. Avalon was available immediately via chat and also helped with quotes etc from her personal email. A nice change from the typical bots most sites have!
