Uplift Desk makes wonderful product. This desk has changed my life! And the Customer service is great. For example Steven B. Quickly and generously resolved issues I was having and when out of his way to get replacement parts my way in a speedily manner. I certainly recommend Upflit Desk, both for its products and its wonderful customer service employees.
I've been enjoying my V2 desk with a 30x72 bamboo top. Desk is top notch mechanically and the bamboo top I love. Recently, I decided I wanted to downsize my desktop to a 24x48. Steven was super nice and helpful in guiding me thru all the steps I needed to make this adjustment. I ordered everything on a Monday afternoon, and it looks like I'll receive my order by Friday in Los Angeles.
The desk arrived and is really good looking and very well made. Unfortunately, it was slightly damaged during shipping. I contacted Uplift and had an email from Steven from customer service the next day, resolving the issue! Very happy with my purchase and with the excellent customer service.

I don't post reviews very often but the customer service so far has been outstanding. I would recommend asking for Avalon Myst sales. She has done a great job helping customers, following up and helping with the overall transaction. To include taking note of some things that might need updated like USB standard versus USB-C as an option. I normally don't write reviews but outstanding service on this one. I will update the comments once I receive my desk to see if they match the service.,
I'm new to working from home and was looking for a standing desk. I saw many reviews online and loved being able to customize my desk exactly to how I want it. I had a wonderful experience with Uplift. I had to reach out to customer service and Steven Bostic handled my concerns quickly and professionally. He even went above and beyond in ensuring my desk was sent to my new address. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.
I purchased a desk set up from Uplift back in November, and honestly have been loving it. Ordering was super easy, there were a ton of options, and most everything shipped quickly. The stuff that was on backorder was clearly communicated and arrived when promised.

Bought the Uplift desk (bamboo desktop) for about $1.7k in June of 2020. Now, less than 18 months later the desktop has begun to crack and separate in spots. Unfortunately, at the time the warranty for the desktop was only 12 months, so I'm stuck with $1.7k worth of regret. I will never purchase another product from this company!

Our Uplift desk gets more use than any other furniture we own. They are also easy to contact for personalized in-company support. Most recently, I inquired about a cabinet accessory and the Uplift representative (Sam C.) went above and beyond in answering my questions. In short, Uplift makes high quality products and stands by them with excellent support and customer service.

Thank you for sending me the new equipment free of charge, I really appreciate it. A couple years ago I was visiting my friend and he had an Uplift Desk and I had never seen one before. I already had a hand-operated standing desk, but I knew when I saw the sheer surface area and the motorized controls that I had to have one!
I ordered one online right then and there, still have it and love it and it's been great. Just bought a monitor arm from you guys and juat bought my girlfriend her own uplift desk and she loves it.
I love that I can stand up whenever I need to during work as it really helps improve my productivity.

Answer: Very easy, as others have said. Avalon was available immediately via chat and also helped with quotes etc from her personal email. A nice change from the typical bots most sites have!
