Without thinking I placed my order the night before hurricane Irma was due to arrive. The next morning I received a phone call explaining that my order would be late and why (evacuation). I was impressed that this company took the time to call their customers and offer options (I could cancel) when they were faced with a massive hurricane. I'm only a home enthusiast so my little order was relatively "peanuts" compared to the companies they deal with. It was nice to know that all orders are valuable to them. They have made a loyal customer for life.

Very good. Unfortunately I didn't receive my order until just today and I purchased it on 9/4/2017 and paid for priority mail. I know that shipping was delayed due to Irma but it was at the USPS sorting center well before Irma hit and just sat there. I am not sure why USPS didn't get it shipped out before Irma got to Miami but it didn't. If Irma hadn't come, I am not sure I would have received it in 2-3 days as I do most Priority items. None of this is United Threads problem.
