Shopping experience was good.
Had problems with the shipping fee, you answered me but i had problems getting back to my original order...had to cancel it and re order. The isacord thread chart is advertised with FREE shipping but you change shipping unless i order over 15.00 i don't this this is good advertising.
Prices are competitive and products are of high quality. Shipping time was better than expected.
Some of the thread was loose in the middle.

I ordered several items that were pre-order, so I knew the wait was going to happen, but I was not notified when the order did ship, it just showed up. I would have liked some tracking. Also, the packing list I got had a nice 10% off coupon for your next order, but it expired 12/31/17 and I got my package today, 1/10/18!
