Was hoping for free shipping and could not find any promo codes. But, the pricing on isacord thread is excellent!

Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Friday. New to machine embroidery and enjoy using these threads.

I sent an email before ordering asking if metalic thread was available in smaller spools. I waited 2 days but did not get a reply. I would have added the metalic thread to my order if it were available in smaller spools.

I thought I would receive a copy of the Isacord thread colors with the purchase of four cones of thread...it's very difficult to tell what color you're ordering just from looking at the computer screen...2 of the colors weren't what I thought they would be. Otherwise, very happy...if you could possibly send a pamphlet with the actual colors, I would order more:-) Thankyou!
