I know this is difficult and time consuming to do. It would be nice to have actual pictures of the Madeira thread colors for matching purposes.

Prices were very competitive. Site was easy to use. When a free bonus item did not arrive with the order, I contacted them regarding the item. My email was answered the same day and the item was shipped immediately. I consider this to be outstanding customer service.

I was delighted to find I could get the quality thread I wanted at a very reasonable price. I always want it yesterday, and the delivery time is the only thig I would like to see faster, but I am very satisfied overall and have already placed another order and will very soon be placing yet another one.

Was able to find what I was looking for very quickly

I ordered pre-wound bobbins for my embroidery machine along with thread. The thread arrived with no errors. I received an incorrect product for the bobbins. Two phone calls later the problem is not resolved. Generally I have not had a problem with United Thread.
