Other that finding it hard to determine the actual colors of your threads because you have cartoon pictures and not physical pictures- it was fine. I did look and order from another site because I could see an actual spool of thread.

My experience was fine - no problems. You didn't have the exact number of cones I needed in inventory - but that isn't a real problem for me.
