I originally ordered 2 flags. The price was really good I placed my order and then next day they contacted me to let me know one of my flags would have to be back ordered and if have to wait a while but helped me out and asked me what I wanted to do I could wait if I wanted to or get replacement flag of same value or a refund for the one flag. They were nice and helpful. In the end i chose to get refunded my money for the one flag and still receive the other. It was delivered in no time and my money didn't take long to get back on my card either.
