The 12 X 8 American Flag is beautiful! In past years I ordered this size flag from a family owned store in the city where I live. The owner decided to close the store when he retired so I was without a contact. Knowing that your flags are made in America and reading the reviews, I took a chance. I'm very pleased. This flag will be raised in Jackson Square on January 8th, 2024, the anniversary of the Battle of New Orleans, the battle which saved our nation from British rule in 1814. The United States Daughters of 1812 have been changing that flag for over 150 years in honor of that victory. Thank you!

Notified the day after ordering that the Roosevelt Burial Flag Display Case & Pedestal was not in stock, but did not see the notice until several days later. Before I could contact United States Flag Store about options I was then notified (a week after placing the order) that my case & pedestal had shipped and was provided tracking information. My credit card was not charged until the case & pedestal actually shipped and it arrived in reasonable time. There was a small chip in the case glass, but it was on the bottom edge near a corner and not real visible so I'm keeping it as-is. The case was a bit tight for the burial flag, but was able to fit it in. Despite the delay in shipment and the minor flaw in the case glass I am happy with the product, price and the overall quality.

Below average product... the flags were faded, color not accurate for the flags ordered, bent poles, needed ironing after opening the box... not what was expected, sigh.
