Only flagpole store to offer od of pole. I have a sleeve in concrete that the od of this pole will fit, the last pole was destroyed by wind as we to have occasional winds above 50 mph. The last pole was very thin walled aluminum. This pole has withstood 70 mph wind with no problem

Easy online ordering. Product was exactly as described and turned out great. Shipping was arranged from a LTL carrier and it turned out they were not able to deliver to our actual address (dirt road, not truck friendly). Would have been better to sort out the logistics directly first as it added a lot of back and forth with the carrier to get something that ultimately could work for us. The carrier they used however, 10 out of 5 stars. They were unbelievably great to work with despite all the logistical challenges. They could have just cancelled the delivery and sent it back, but went out of their way to make an alternative work.
