The first order we received we were missing the pole for marker. I called customer service and was transferred around to other people. No communication from anyone u til I received an email that the item was on back order and may not come. Didn't respond to the email because it said after 30 days the order would be cancelled. A couple weeks later we received the item. It worked out in the end but a little better communication would have been appreciated
