HORRIBLE COMPANY

SO THAT I am fair. I will say the items I have gotten are good. But the company and customer service is absolutely horrible. Ordered custom monogram set on July 20th. Never got an update. Sent email About 3 weeks later. Boom all the sudden it gets done and ships. But no response to email. Finally a whole month later the set comes in and it is wrong colors. I reach out nicely. No repsonse, Reach out again no response. Finally, 52 emails later bc who doesnt have a phone number *them* They said send a pic of what I got, I do that. They acknowledge they messed up said they will redo it. I said okay. They then turn around and ask if I will take store credit. I said yeah okay either way. Well guess what people... NEVER did they respond again to me. I probably sent 30 emails No joke! Never gave me a store credit, never redid my order and never gave me a refund. So I would say I will take my business elsewhere no skin off my back. I have already filed a dispute with paypal so I will get my money back one way or another! Gotta keep ya head on a swivel these days. How ironic they dont have a telephone number. Imagine that!

Letter patch set grey

I'm am not satisfied with the sizing. The models do not have their pants rolled up and mine are rolled four times.

The size 28 is more like a large fit not an actual waist pant size 28! Thank you!

Oversized I feel you could size down on the pants. The sweatshirts are okay in exact size or one size up!

Terrible company

They are a terrible company. The Christmas product I order before thanksgiving didn't arrive until January 3, even though they promised to have it shipped by Christmas. They will not let you return anything and they provide no updates on when something will arrive and they don't answer emails. Beware!

Disappointed

Ordered size small in top and bottoms of a set, top fits great pants fit like XL. I would not recommend this set because the sizing is way off from expected.

Not as advertised

I ordered two items from them. One small and one 2X. Both items had the same exact size of print. The 2X looked like the fine print you see at the bottom of a commercial. I emailed them to ask why the sizing wasn't adjusted for the bigger size especially since they charge you EXTRA for plus size for more material. They told me they don't adjust print sizing for larger sizes. So basically, only order from this company if you're a size small, otherwise you end up looking like an idiot with insanely small print on your very large shirt. It also does not mention anywhere on the website that the proportions would be off for larger sizing and what I received doesn't NOT match what is advertised on their website. Please stay away from these people. I emailed them and they took no responsibility for their inaccuracy at all and just shewed me off.
