I ordered this product for my girlfriend's birthday, and it arrived just as specified in great condition - she loved it! The product idea is so cute and I could tell it made her day.
However, after I ordered, I got several emails regarding my 'negative experience' with my order which I never filed. This confused me and made me worry that my order was going to be canceled / in a bad state. So, less of an issue with the product, and more of a customer experience note - getting such emails is not fun, especially for an order that is time-bound! Please fix this for other customers.

The mug I sent to my friend was poorly packaged and arrived broken in several places. The same thing happened to one I sent to another friend. I will say the mugs themselves are beautiful and Unifury very graciously sends a replacement. However, their breakage rate is unacceptable and the company should use a more secure packaging method.

It took them over 2 weeks to ship my canvas, what worries me is that I received no notification during the process. However, the canvas is perfect, I love it.

I ordered a customized mug and it arrive in about 2-3 weeks. The only issue I had is that I didn't get a confirmation e-mail but they re-sent it to me after I e-mailed their customer support. I know that this site has a lot of negative reviews but I had a positive experience and the mug that I ordered was pretty cute and seem to be of good quality.

Because I found the ordering process somewhat confusing, I wrote the name of one dog twice and omitted another dog. I corrected it too late, but struck a deal for a second (corrected) print.

I guess I lucked out eight times. I have made eight orders from unifury.com. I have ordered six pillows and 2 mugs.
The personalization is fantastic. The pictures look just like the real people and everyone absolutely adored their gifts.
I will say that there is no phone number that you can call to talk to anybody. However they did answer every one of my emails within two days. When I asked for a preview that they did not include on the website they did send me a preview. Most of the time the preview was right there when I ordered.
There were delivery issues twice and what I ordered did come late but it came.
They always apologized.
I adore these gifts that I bought and I would keep buying from them. I cannot imagine what happened with all of the other people who ordered and didn't get their product.

Had a problem with order and needed it shipped to different address. Customer service not available by phone so only option was email. Sent generic responses saying once it's shipped there was nothing they could do. I spoke to post office who said it had not even been delivered to them yet. I reached out via several emails and continued to receive generic responses that proved they had not even read my emails. Furthermore emails were sent in the middle of the night so there was no option to respond during business hours. Terrible customer service and would not order from them again.
Ordered last week and was given a confirmation. Also checked to see I was charged and they have the $50. Tried to say I never ordered anything. Choose another company. PLEASE!
I ordered a star ornament on 12/1/20 and received it on 12/21/20. The image is cute, but it is printed on the star so that the hole to hang it on the Christmas tree is on a side point rather than on the top as it should be. I have attempted three times to to return a/o exchange the ornament. Unfury will not even acknowledge the problem never mind offer to reprint the ornament or refund my money. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Next step I make a claim with my bank and stop the nonsense!
This company has no USA presence, only a UPS drop box storefront in California. No employees to get slowed by COVID. Got billed 4 weeks ago on my MC in China, and the product not shipped from China yet. So we are cancelling with MC and they can deal with this scam. Google their address and you'll see the storefront.
Placed order on 11/24/2020. Was sent tracking # 2weeks later. No such tracking #. Called and does not accept calls or voicemails. Went to website. Filled out contact form after 2 weeks still no reply.
Answer: I agree with those reviews above. I call and call and get no answer. And nobody sends an active reply on email.
