Went out on a limb and bought some scrubs. Little did I know they were the comfiest scrubs ever! Will definitely buy from them again. The colors are amazing. They also have great prints
Lots of brands, sizes, colors to select from. Reasonable prices. Easy to return if unsatisfied with purchase. Best customer service. I always come here for my uniforms.
I would give zero stars if the option was available. I decided to place an order because of a 20 percent discount offer. When I arrived to pay order, the total stated was $83. Once I paid, however, the total changed to $111. I reached out to customer service who stated that the discount applied was free shipping, which, I would not have bothered making a purchase.
I also needed to return one of my items which was entirely too long. Although I selected the petite size the item would have fit someone at least 5'5 to 5'6. The return charge was equal to the "free shipping charge" they stated. An important note is to not text any concerns, it takes absolutely TOO long and most people do not have that kind of time to kill.
I will not be recommending this company to any coworkers or friends and will not be purchasing again. The customer service is unenthusiastic to offer any assistance. The return policy is like purchasing another item. You work hard for you income; don't let this place rip you off. Purchase elsewhere.
I usually don't buy clothes online, however I ordered and bought the exact same thing online that I purchased 2 years ago in a UA store (large UA Easy Stretch scrub pants - same brand, style, size). The ones I bought IN THE STORE are my favorite and fit perfectly. However, the ones I purchased online are very disappointing. One pair is way to small and one pair is way too big. They are both the same brand and style and both labeled "large". They were not labeled/sold as defective like some items are. THE RETURN PROCESS IS NOT EASY! You cannot return to store. The mailing items back and filling out forms, paying for non refundable shipping back and forth, and then waiting for them to hopefully put refund on card (minus all the shipping costs) is ridiculous and useless because the cost exceeds the price of the items. I will NEVER buy online from UA again. I'm out the money and stuck with these scrubs that don't fit! Had I known that sizes aren't consistent with same brand and style, I would have never purchased online.
Had a great experience ordering online. I have never orded before but my experience was great. There was a big selection available and the size guide helped with deciding the right size. Will order again!
I have had nothing but great experiences from Uniform Advantage. Returns are so easy. The only draw back would be that you don't leave with items in your hand and wait until they arrive (usually quickly) at your door step. I always watch for sales and free shipping deals!
Butter soft scrubs are my go-to selections for work. UA have other brands available as well, which adds more wonderful choices when I shop with them.
Great resource for us big girls. I do however, vary by style between regular and tall length@ 5ft 7 inches
Shipping is way to slow. Clothes are of quality. Prices are good. I prefer shopping on a different website though, where shipping is much faster.

In general terms, most of our orders leave our warehouse in Georgia in about one business day. Usual ground shipping generally takes anywhere from 2 to 7 days to reach the customer, depending on the distance from our facility. We do offer expedited shipping (2-day and Next day) at an additional charge, when requested; these methods are recommended when our valued customer needs to receive their order more quickly.

I certainly can understand your dismay at ordering the same style that you had purchased before and not having the items fit. Please be aware that our garment measurements are reviewed and updated every few years, so the size previously purchased may not fit the same as your new item. We always recommend checking the Size Chart & Fit Guide provided on the web page for each individual garment before finalizing an order. Another possible cause of this unfortunate situation could be that you received an incorrectly-sized garment, in which case we would love to have the chance to replace it for you at no cost to you.
We do strive to make merchandise returns and exchanges as hassle-free as possible. You certainly can return your online order to one of our stores as long as this occurs within our normal return time frame (30 days from merchandise delivery). If you choose to use the pre-paid UPS return shipping label included in your package to ship your returns to us, a fee of $8.99 will generally be deducted from the amount of credit you receive for the garments you return. Use of this label is optional, but we recommend it as the shipment is trackable and insured (which can be a lifesaver if the package should go astray on its way back to us). However, we are happy to process returns and exchanges that reach us by any carrier.
