I have been using Uniform Advantage for awhile now... its been more than 5 yrs since I remember... since the day one, I always have a positive feed back from people."you look very professional, you look always neat, where do you get your uniforms? "... my answer always Uniform Advantage... such things like that make my days more open to buy new uniforms... I always look neat, clean, professional n the best no spending a furtune... just from the machine to my closed n on for 12 or 10hrs shift... so question answered 100 % approved from a nurse to all nurses... comfortable all shift... n all made in America...
I live in a small town and there's not very many places to shop for scrubs unless you enjoy the Walmart brand. Uniform advantage has the best selection I've come across so far. My favorite scrubs are the Cherokee infinity brand, they have just the right amount of stretch!
I am a private caregiver; I work upwards of 90 hours a week caring for hospice patients. I need scrubs that are as comfortable as they are stylish. I bought four pair of wonder wink scrubs and I am proud to say that they are easy to care for, wear comfortably and look great. It's a comfort to know while my job carries many demands and responsibilities, looking good won't be one of them. Thanks Uniform Advantage.
I just wanted you guys to know this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order is missing. The first day I live chatted they couldn't help because it had only been 22 hours not 24. So today I live chatted because my order was still missing. Then instead of refunding me or replacing say they have to do an 8 business day investigation. I work at a big hospital in Vegas and need new uncontaminated scrubs because of COVID and now I'm literally stuck. You guys say you help frontline hero's but you obviously don't. Because now I have no scrubs before Monday and have to somehow buy some before Monday. Over one measly cheap order when you guys make millions. Amazing.
I bought two scrubs from this company. They sent me a tracking number which indicates the package was delivered to my mail box. The package was no where to be found, I call my local post office they couldn't even traced the package. I call the company to find out what is happening their representatives keep telling different stories all the time. Avoid this company because there are just out to scam us. Right now I can't even get my package nor refund nor replacement. Very bad and worse company ever seen.

It took almost three weeks to receive my order, when i did receive it the pants and top were of very poor quality, size charts are not correct. The return took over three weeks for them to process,. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will never order from this company again. Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars!
Placed an order for new scrubs and the order was sitting in OPEN status for over a week. Was supposed to be shipped within 2 to 3 days. The deliver by date past and order still in open status! Contacted them and was told some of the items I've ordered is now out of stock. Then why didn't I get contacted instead of just letting my order sit in limbo? Told them to just ship everything that's in stock out and cancel the rest. Another week past by and I have contacted them again and they told me the order is now being prepared and ready for shipping. Still nothing. It's now exactly 3 week since I have placed the order and the order is still in open status! I contacted them again and was given the same response. How long does it take to prepare and ship an order? This is ridiculous! 3 weeks is more than enough time! I do not recommend buying from here at all. Let's see how long it'll take for them to cancel my order and refund my money back. I am usually very patient and don't write much negative reviews but this really did it for me. Don't want others to go through all this nonsense.
I ordered scrubs on May 2, with an estimated ship date of May 6, Delivery around May 12. On May 10, status was still ready to ship. Service folks told me they'd ship next day, agreed to 2 day shipping. By May 15, they still had not shipped - still "Ready to Ship" status. I cancelled the order, and informed them that I'd file a complaint with the credit card company if the order was not cancelled, and reverse the payment. They told me they could not guarantee they could cancel it. I expect to receive the scrubs now that I have made it clear I bought other scrubs and do not need their product. I can handle delays or out of stock status - but I need to be informed so I can change the order if necessary. Worst on-line service I have ever received.

Since March, I have had such a horrible back and forth experience with Uniform Advantage. I accidentally realized I bought the wrong size and immediately contacted customer service and they were so unhelpful and said they cannot cancel the order as it's being processed. They said I can buy the new size and return once I receive the new one and I'll have to pay for all shipping fees! What the heck is customer service there for if they cannot cancel it change an order all within 20 minutes of purchasing?! It was just so upsetting that they wouldn't care to help. It took about a month to receive my wrong size. I returned it the same day and that was 1 month ago. I contacted customer service asking them to immediately refund me or cancel my request for a new size. And they would not do that either. They said they would try. I requested to speak with a supervisor who never contacted or reached out to me. I will not recommend anyone of my friends or families or any strangers to by from this company as they have customer service that needs more training. Rude and helpful. Wish I could give negative stars.

I have purchased the last few years from UA and have been happy with the products, until now. I ordered a warm up jacket, Cherokee brand, and it was so poor quality, you can see through the material. I, for the first time, had a stock logo put on it and when I went to return it, it was a big no. I must have missed that on the site, if it was embroidered you can't return it. The embroidery was the best part about it. The rest of it was cheap and it won't last and I would be embarrassed to even wear it in my professional environment. Now I am stuck with it. I called and they just kept repeating that I could not return it. They offered a code on my next purchase but why would I buy more poor quality. Very sad about it, it is not often I am able to buy something extra and it was a total joke. Beware and don't embroider is the lesson of the day! It also was not sized right, I always were an XL and I could not move my shoulders with it on. It is such poor quality, I could not even give it to a friend, I would be too embarrassed.

Receiving the order in three days is the only positive remark I have. The material is see through and stiff, just plain awful, not stretch material as advertised and their size chart is not accurate. Also, they make you pay for shipping to get the items and also pay for shipping to return them. Horrible customer service. Highly disappointed.

Someone stole 2 of 4 of my scrub shirts! Last night I talked to Samantha who said they would replace them! So I called back today and talked to Sara Benjamin and they replaced the 2 and I ordered an extra one! On top of that for my trouble, (Not their fault they were stolen) I was given 20% off my order! So I paid $5 and change for the third! They were so kind amd thoughtful! I love this site and will def be returning! Also I will highly reccomend to my caregiver friends!
I have ordered products from uniform advantage three times now and have been unhappy each time. The Butter Soft line is horrible! I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt but never again! Always described as soft and stretching in both directions but in reality the material does not stretch at all. I cannot imagine how they can publish this false information. The tops I ordered ran small and I bought Butter Soft pants and they were HUGE! Both in size medium. I received them yesterday and they are on their way back today. Now let's see if they actually refund my money in a timely fashion. I will go to BBB if I have any issues with the refund.

Sucks! Returned items unused. Lost money and have no items. Shame on you. Did not get my original tax and shipping back and had to pay $8.99 to return items. Would never go back

I absolutely love scrubs advantage! I find that their products is the best fit for my body type. I like to look classy when I work and their scrubs give me that. I work into work feeling comfortable and confident. Usually gets lots of compliments too!
I purchased Koi Lite Ombré tops in two different colors with matching pants from Uniform Advantage. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. Thanks for the easy match system and the speedy shipping!
The selection and prices for scrubs are good here. I found what I wanted easily and it was shipped out in a timely manner. I've bought the brand I was buying before so I felt comfortable that it would work for me. When I got my top it was too large, which was disappointing as this site has the worst returns. For one, the shipping cost was already kind of high for a standard shipping (my family's company ships a lot so I'm familiar with the costs when you are a major shipper). Return shipping with their label is outrageous (over $8!). For all the hassle and the cost of their shipping plus the small return cost at the post office I'm not sure if it was even worth it. Total waste of money. In my experience, buying clothes without free returns or being able to try them in store is just not worth the risk. I learned my lesson, can't ever be sure. Won't ever use this company again. Amazon offers free returns if I have to shop online so I'll stick with that.
