PLACED ORDER TWO DAYS AGO CALLED TO INFORM SHIPPING TOWN AND ZIP INCORRECT, CUSTOMER SERVICE HAD NO IDEA ABOUT ANYTHING ASKED AND WHEN REFUND WAS REQUESTED i WAS TOLD I HAD TO WAIT ON MY MONEY TO BASICALLY FLOAT AND RECEIVE IT WHENEVER BUT ONLY AFTER PACKAGE RIGMAROLE, SPOKE TO SUPERVISOR WHO GAVE ME TRACKING NUMBER WAS JUST CURIOS AS TO WHAT COMPANY WAS SHIPPING AS SHE TOLD ME SHOULD REPROCESS MY ORDER AND EXPIDITE IT, AFTER TRYING TO CHECK THE TRACK NUMBERS GIVEN AT FEDEX, USPS, AND UPS THE TRACKING NUMBER GIVEN DIDNT EXIST, REALLY? DID THIS WOMAN LIE ALSO, I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT MY PACKAGE WAS PACKAGED AND READY TO BE SHIPPED BUT NOONE COULD RETRIEVE IT BEFORE GOING OUT TO SENDER IN ORDER TO MAKE THE CORRECTION TO THE CITY AND ZIP TO BE SHIPPED TOO. Uniform Advantage ships packages to Canada via UPS Canada unless otherwise selected by the customer. This option is DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes during your online checkout. Unfortunately, we can't predict what your particular charges may be and when you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Those funds go to the Canadian Government. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. They are normally able to provide an estimate if you provide them with a ballpark order total.
I-Parcel may work better for you. That shipping method is DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) for select countries - fees, duties and taxes are calculated and added to your order total at checkout. There should be no additional fees at delivery. I hope you find this information helpful.

Just opened my order, missing 3 pants! I called customer service and they say they have to look into it! This is wrong, I hope they don't charge me for shipping. I need to return my order and I still have to pay extra to return. Beware before buying.

Uniform Advantage was by far the worse experience purchasing on line that I have ever had!... originally my full order was sent to the wrong address... finally when they sent my stuff to the right address was NOT the full order... I had to contact them AGAIN... to send the rest of the order... please stay away from them!

Ever since I got into the healthcare field, I've purchased this brand! I work long hours and need comfy scrubs to help get me along. I'm currently pregnant and this is the only brand I've found to really be comfy on my stomach as it grows. Love love LOVE this brand! 10/10 recommendation.
I placed my 1st (and last) order on July 21st. According to the website, all in-stock orders that do not require embroidery ship within 24 hours. I thought, great, that means I will have them in plenty of time before my new job starts. I placed my order 1 MONTH before my job started, just in case I got the sizing wrong and would need time to return them. Two days after I placed my order, I noticed the order was still open and the items had not shipped. Curious, I contacted customer service to see if there was a problem with my order. I was told that it was unusual for a delay and to give them 24 hours to resolve the issue. Another 48 hours pass and the status of my order is still the same. I contact customer service again. I am given the same exact answer as before. I wait another 48 hours and finally ask for a supervisor, who was supposedly named Steve. He assured me that he was personally going to make sure that my order would ship the next day and he would also personally email me with my tracking number. I finally felt like I was getting somewhere. Lo and behold, I check the status of my order this afternoon, still the same status. I contact customer service again and am told the same thing again. I am not sure why their customer service has been so horrible with my order when there are a lot of positive reviews. I urge anyone thinking of ordering from them to proceed with caution. I hope no one has to go through what I did.

It's been a couple of years since I had the opportunity to order scrubs based on what I wanted to wear to work. I spent a couple of years having to order from a company website, but now I can wear whatever scrubs I want to work, and Uniform Advantage has every major brand that I am interested in buying. Including Betsey Johnson, which was What I ordered most in my recent order. The first day I wore my new scrubs patients and nurses alike gave me compliments and begged for my clothes. Thanks, Betsey! You make me feel pretty while I'm covered with poop. Seriously the website is easy to navigate, the clothes come quickly due to being shipped USPS and I have loved everything I have ordered.
I love all the uniforms I have ordered. I ordered twice. 4 tops and 3 pants first time then 4 pants and 3 tops. I love them all. Took about a week for the ordered to ship. They all fit perfectly. Not all my tops aren't stretchy some are regular fabric. I had help from the customer service who helped me buy the correct pant legnth. Which for me has always been a problem. I do private duty CNA work about 80 hours a week. I love my uniforms. It was recommended to me and I will and have recommended this company to my health care friends.
I thought this is going to be my go to scrub online store. I ordered top and bottom jogger set but they sent me 2 tops instead. Talked to costumer support and they billed me for the jogger and shipping to have it shipped asap while im returning the other top. Costumer support told me she will make a notation so i will not get billed for shipping. They sent me an email for refund and they again deducted return shipping from that refund. What a horrible company.

I went here because the prices were better than amazon, scrubs.com, and other competitors.
Customer service has no idea what they are doing or how to fix your order. I have returned 5 orders now. First they sent me someone else's order, which has never happened to me in my years of online shopping. Then they sent me my order incorrectly 3 TIMES, THREE. Finally I got the order correct for the most part, except I was sent two scrub pants and not the top I ordered. I returned the stuff for the last time in hopes of an exchange but customer service didn't process my exchange so all in all, they suck. I called the nearest store for help 3 times during business hours and no one picked up. I went IN STORE to see if I could find what I needed during this pandemic. They had a small selection of blue and black scrubs, no other solid colors really.
I'm never wasting my money on them again and you shouldn't either

I realize now why all the reviews on the website are good. I am unable to leave reviews on the website after having made a purchase.
I waited 3-4 weeks for the items to be delivered. The sizes are comically large, even after I adhered to their available size chart. I embroidered my scrub tops, so they are non-refundable. I can't contact customer service, because "my order number is invalid". If I want to return the pants, I have to pay almost $20 and probably wait another 3-4 weeks for everything to process. I wish I could tell everyone in the world how terrible this company is, and have them taken down for fraud.

Jumped on the cinco de mayo special and placed orders for uniforms and discounted bag. 2 weeks pass and nothing. Reached out three times to customer service, they were polite, to finally get my order. So, my last conversation was 6/14 (remember my order was from 5/5), they were finally able to put my order together and since there were no more of the bag that I ordered at a discount, they sold me an equivalent bag at full price. Seriously? Not my fault you messed up my order. But, whatever. At least I'm getting my order.
THEN! They informed me my order would arrive by 6/16, the 18th at the latest.
My order didn't come until 6/23rd. Will NEVER order from UA again.
Returned two scrub tops for a size smaller than what I got. First they charge u for using their return label, so NO their return label is NOT free. Then they charged me an extra $17 plus. Then I was told after that that one of the tops were no longer available but yet they charged my card. Been calling for days now and still waiting to get ahold of someone. I saw a refilund of $1 and some cents. So where is the rest of my $15 plus. U ppl are ridiculous. So still haven't received the scrub top in stock nor my $15 plus. NEVER again will I ever buy from this company. Is this how u treat healthcare workers especially in a pandemic. It's been almost 8 weeks. Let's see if I'll get through to customer service on Monday cause apparently they don't work weekends.

I ordered a top and bottom And it wasn't what I ordered. Actually it was a bigger size than what I ordered. These people put a particular sizing tag on these items that were not right. I returned the items and explained to them that whoever did that is deceiving their customers. I was told I was going to get my refund on a particular date. Three weeks past and still no refund. Then they tell me another week and a half! So I told them I was going to report them for fraud. Their tunes changed and tried to charge me a partial of the amount of paid for the items. I told them I wanted all of my money. She explained 10% off next time I order and I told her I will never order from them again and if I don't get all of my money, I will be reporting them as fraud. Long story short, I ended up going through my bank! These people are scammers! Beware!

Unfortunately, when you called us to give us the correct shipping address, the package had already been given to UPS and we were not able to make a change to the address at that point. The address used to submit the order online was different from the shipping address you desired.” We would also like to apologize if the refund process was not explained correctly. Normally, we need the package to be returned to us in order to process the refund, but that should only take a few days once UPS sends it back to us. We process refunds within 3-5 business days upon receipt of the package. We are sorry if the tracking number provided did not yield any results when you checked it; sometimes the tracking details don't update until the end of the business day on the carrier's side. According to our system, we entered a replacement order for you within 24 hours of your call and we do see that the order was expedited and that it was shipped right away. We do show that the order was delivered by UPS today.
