I have ordered Christmas scrubs from you for about 8 years. Great customer service. The quality of the scrubs is outstanding. Living in Australia the scrubs have always arrived in good time.
The material is great on all brands that I purchased. I love that they offer petite sizes; it makes the scrubs more comfortable for me as I work. Shipping is also very fast; it was delivered to my doorstep way sooner than I expected.

The customer service follow up is terrible. I have been trying to order a very large order with custom logo but after paying for the logo it is no where to be found on my profile and I have tried calling countless times at all different times and nobody seems to know how to upload my logo onto my items. It is very frustrating and nobody seems to know what to do and they all say that someone else will contact you and nothing happens. If time is valuable to you, then this may not be the retailer as I am finding out the hard way. They just give you the run around and they do not seem to care that they are wasting people's time. It's a complete joke. I suppose if you need to just make a quick click and purchase then it might be ok but for anything beyond that. Stay away.
When I first heard about Uniform Advantage through an old co-worker, I immediately checked out their website & was in awe. I LOVE all their different styles of scrubs, & I enjoy wearing comfortable, & active scrub wear. I'm also a HUGE Disney fan & I love how they have different Disney scrub tops to choose from. I've ordered so many Disney scrubs, & the assisted living facility I work at, all of the residents love the colors & characters I wear. Uniform Advantage does NOT disappoint, & I'll always be a loyal customer for buying Disney scrubs, & more!

I’m not sure if the custom logo you are trying to use is one that already exists or if it is a new one just being set up. If it is a new one, the initial set-up period (the time for us to get your design digitized and uploaded to the site so that you can place orders with that logo) is generally about 6-10 business days. Additional time may be needed if a physical, stitched sample needs to be mailed to you. Already-existing logos, of course, should be accessible at any time on your account and can be used to order items embroidered in those designs.
