There weren't any discounts at the end. It was sort weird navigating from one to the other, a the wig doesn't stay in place. I had requested for a refund and whatever needed to be for a refund, moving forward, customer service is horrible… I still haven't heard anything as to what I needed to do regarding a return/refund. Period.
My order wasn't complete but customer service was very helpful with corrrecting and resolving the delay. Amazing hair. Will order again

Pretty easy to navigate the website. Love the options! This wig has a bit of a smell though
After spending close to $100 they sent email saying the wig is not available it will take 30 days to make…WHAT? And I also I also wanted the BOGO deal but one wig was removed from order they told I didn't use the right code. So after several emails, text and threats I finally received my product! It was super upsetting and I'm a first timer here. They need someone who speaks fluent English and not try to come up or scam anyone. I had to tell the truth

So quick and easy add foundation to match my skin tone but still big for me…will try the tabs.
I purchased the wig in Oct 2024 and was putting it on in November 2024. To my surprise the wig was practically bald in the front. I disputed on affirm after making three payments on it. It took months to get results for my refund, which was denied. Unice has the product so they have my money plus the product. I'm stuck with nothing and this just isn't fair. They have texted me telling me that they reported the last payment as delinquent. I plan to see what else I can do to resolve this. I just thank sitejabber for allowing people like me who get the short end of the stick.

Super easy experience, fast shipping and I actually love my wig!
As always the quality of the wig is great. I will say I'm not the fondest of the coloring job. I was expecting it to be darker and it was lighter and the way it was dyed makes the roots look uneven and not very blended. But overall still I good wig.
Best so far just put on a go. I loved the flatness and fullness and hair had no smell
