It's better than I thought it would be
I asked them to draw a droid on the box, and they didn't. I don't know if they have control over that or not but it was slightly disappointing. Other than that, 11/10

Somewhat hard to follow the checkout directions, but not too bad.
Pretty straight forward and easy to navigate the website even for a first time buyer like myself. Very fast shipping! Amazing quality saber! I just didn't receive the wrench that was supposed to come with it but I'm very pretty satisfied with what I do have! 5 stars for sure.
Site kept crashing while submitting order
I wasn't unsure if what I orderd is all that I need for my saber, and I should have sent an email asking a few questions, but I am happy with what I have and waiting for my next order to arrive
The shopping experience was good as there are so many options however the slow speed of each page loading was a bit frustrating during checkout.
That said, the fast delivery and quality of the saber are with the frustration.
I can't wait to get my blade!
