I had more problems deciding what features I wanted than ordering the product. The customizable lights don't always work the way they were programmed, especially when the batteries are low.

I played with your product for a little while and The light went out on it for a little bit. But it's working again for some reason. Sounds like it was a wire issue but oh well its working now

I had several questions. All were answered promptly, and since they are busy with dragon con, how CANT i rate 5 stars? When i ordered my sabers, i got them 3 days early! I hear a knock at my doors literally as i was telling my friends i wish theyd just get here early, and lo and behold, the fed-ex dude is standing at the door with my package!

Very detailed explanations on product specifications. Loved the videos def added another lvl of understanding on the saber its self. Well done guys! Cant wait to get my saber :)
