So far quick and easy. Make sure to ask questions in the forums to get experienced customers opinions on the various sabers.
I love the customizability you have on your site, but I wish there was a single page with drop downs for all of the options, perhaps once you've gone through all of the steps the first time. Also, some of the hilts are lacking in basic information like length and width (for example, to find out those dimensions about the Aeon, I had to look at the descriptions for the Aeon v3 and v4 which gave comparisons). It would also be nice to have information about weight as well. That said, I do love the number of photos and videos available on most of the hilts.
I will add that my delivery time was impressively fast. Definitely will buy again.
