I will be contacting customer service. There seems to be an issue with one of my items.

My overall experience was ok. Ultrasabers needs an app.
Good user interface, liked the options and descriptions.
Order took a long time, and customer service took weeks to respond to email. It is somewhat understandable with the covoid situation but still.
Took a little time to get shipped. But the quality is great! The wait was to be expected since I ordered in May.

Customer service is near impossible to contact. Product was over a week past lead time.
I sent several emails about my order and never heard anything from anyone until I requested a refund. I'm glad I got my order and I really believe it is a high quality item but the customer service I experienced as well as the exceedingly long wait time has really negatively impacted my option of the company. You guys make great products but you really need to address your customer service.
