I received my saber very quickly snd it looked beautiful but my battery pack was stuck and my saber was damaged trying to get it out.

I ordered my saber on a Friday night, and received it the next Thursday around two PM. The service and customer support I have received from Ultrasabers has been top notch. The saber itself is lightweight but strong machined aluminum, the LED that gives the blade its color is extremely bright, and the assembled lightsaber has a great overall balance and feel in the hand. I would recommend Ultrasabers to anyone who is looking for a nice, sparring capable lightsaber.

This was my first purchase so I think it's great and I like what I bought came exactly the way I wanted
Easy enough interface, nice options for all the products (An option to make certain claws compatible with another Emitter out of the box would have been nice but there we are). Only thing I'd change is a more clear and concise explanation for a couple of the options, but otherwise excellent.
