Good products and nice customization and the forums add a lot of useful information to help with all the little details.
Con:
I was never told I would have to sign for my package so it ended up not being delivered and I had to wait an extra day and have it transferred and held at a nearby FedEx. I need my lightsaber now!
Quick & Easy
I am so thankful I went with Ultrasabers. The grab bags are quick, easy, and one of the best ways to get started.
I felt the website was fairly easy to use, and the pictures were very well done and an accurate representation of the overall design and color of the sabers. I especially love the 360 degree view of the hilt.
Everything was explained well, and I didn't feel the need to send an email in for more info. When I feel confident in a purchase involving this much money and this many customization options, that's a good sign the site works very well.
Other saber designers can definitely take a queue from Ultra Sabers!
I like ultrasabers for all the options the give, nobody, and I mean "NOBODY" has the same options for their sabers as Ultrasabers does. I LOVE MY NEW SABER!

I love all the options and possibilities
Great customer service so far with speedy delivery. Shipping was a bit pricey across border not sure about domestic price. Some issues with the archon v3 emitter coming loose. Great show piece but wouldn't recommend it for heavy duels. Won't be my last purchase from ultrasabers.
