Amazing quality for the best price. I've looked at other saber forges online but Ultrasabers delivers the best quality for their sabers. Vibrant lights, deep rumbling sound, and the construction of the blades/hilts is superb. I doubt I'd go anywhere else for a saber. They have the most options, and excellent delivery time, both of mine were delivered earlier than expected.

I selected two of the same lightsabers, but with different blade colours. The checkout screen only showed my last selection with the red blade. Support was polite, but they didn't stop the incorrect order, and I had to pay $40 to swap blade LEDs after it was completed.

Their videos on how to purchase and maintain one's saber is very help and convenient. Not to mention their impressive feedback when having questions or issues with their products. Ultrasaber.com is definitely a great choice for saber customization.

Took almost a week to receive the sabers after they were shipped. Shipping was much better when you used fedex as a carrier instead of usps.

The product I received was of high quality. There was an issue with the battery charger as it wouldn't charge the batteries. I notified customer service and they promptly replaced the charger PLUS they threw in two new batteries for free. These guys know how to take care of their customers. I'm sold!

Great product. Customer service is fantastic!

One sabre that arrived was amazing, the other lost its sound within five minutes after having to fiddle with loose batteries. The site was great with the customisation options, and was very quick and overall all fabulous. It's a shame about the one that doesn't work though - will need to get in touch to try and sort it!
