I order "The fallen" saber with sound for about 300 dollars, I submitted my order and realized I had a feature on that I didn't want to, I emailed them about getting a refund for that part and they responded the same day, got it fully refunded back to my card and notified me it was under creation. A week passes and boom, my saber is in my hand exactly as I wanted. The service was great and speedy. The quality is amazing, will certainly be buying from them again.
The Delivery was fast and easy, the only thing i would change is the durability of the blade i played with it two time and now the blade can't be screwed back in and so now it is just chilling, other then the blade everything went smoothly
