Easy to use

Bought this one for my brother. Definitely going to buy another one for myself...;-)

Sometimes the site does not provide adequate/easy information on the difference between options and features. Having to search for an answer I am more apt to pick the less expensive option. Clearer examples might make a customer more inclined to spend the extra for the cooler stuff.

I love Ultrasabers, Emory has some of the best customer service around. My first purchase was a breeze and I cant get enough of Ultrasabers. So far ive bought 3 sabers in less than 3 weeks time. The quality is outstanding. You guys Rock. The force is definitely with UltraSabers.

The customization process is simple to navigate. However, a suggestion is to place a picture of the color options for the blade.

Excellent site, excellent service. Sent an email with concerns and questions and had a reply within an hour! Looking forward to receiving my sabers.

Great stuff, nice site, you saved by cart without me even signing in. Some of the lists like pommels could use a picture next to the name without clicking (even if small thumbnail) as we found we needed to click back and forth a bit too much.

Definitely a good experience, but you need improve the informations (easy to understand) about each feature for this lightsabers, in the same screen, not only inside the forum. Thought.

Great site...easy custom light sabers. Cool word for the lion battery charger is poor quality. I had to use a different cord at home for it and then it worked.

You should be able to save the details of your saber in your wish list. I always have to start over.

For the price, attention to detail - all the way down to the silver lining in the blade - should be a priority!
