I'd been looking at Ultrasabers for a while and contemplating a purchase, and I'm very glad that I finally did. The option description videos helped with the ordering process. I ordered on a Tuesday and got it the following Monday. The saber is fantastic. I got exactly what I ordered, and I could not be more pleased.
Easy to order. Shipping was quick. Saber is of good quality and craftsmanship. I would just would have liked some better instrucrions other than a link to the forums.

Website was simple to use, had no problems with it. Checkout was hassle-free.
Individual saber specs, pictures, and descriptions weren't very detailed or easy to understand. I had a hard time choosing which saber because of it. Hopefully I don't regret my decision as a result of the lack of clarity. The pike extensions were fairly pricey for just a hollow peice of metal and the additional connectors made that even more apparent.
Website is easy to maneuver. Very user friendly and just fun to build lightsabers on.
