What can I say that's not already known. Those guys at Ultrasabers are the best at what they do. Also they have top notch customer service and want to make sure the customer is very satisfied with their product.

I would have liked an option (or maybe I missed it) to double check the details of options that I ordered prior to final submission.

Asked for a certain sized t-shirt, as part of the promo, and received a size smaller. It's ok, I guess.

Please add the convertec wheel options as dropdowns. Also, make the location of the mini-USB connection a bit more obvious. I am planning to go to the saberforum to figure out how to connect the saber to the computer and play with the configurations. Beyond that, lots of options, excellent workmanship, beautiful weapon and lots of fun. Certainly gets a lot of heads turning!

Website is easy to use. And very user friendly. Emery has created an awesome experience that a black series saber just can't satisfy. Like I have said before,other companies should take note! I am currently trying to get back over $1,200 in orders with someone else,I have waited 3 months and that's unacceptable! If I can get it back it will be spend it at Ultra sabers immediately!
