I shopped with Ultrasabers at comic con Dallas 2015 and my saber is still in fantastic shape. I had no problems with Ultrasabers then and I am very happy with my new grab bag now. It arrived a few days after it had been shipped (I paid for FedEx two day) but that was FedEx not Ultrasabers. Blade is bright, hilt is pretty, and I am a happy Jedi.

The customer service was great, I emailed them saying the trackinf link was dead, they promptly sent me a working one vert quickly. The shipping time was very quick, took 4 days. The saber itself is awesome and I am pleased with the purchase.

Nice quality product (after a couple of days) It is NOT as bright as YouTube videos would have you believe! In the sunshine you cant really tell its on (lightwise, but it SOUNDS phenomenal!) but in the dim/ dark it looks too cool! Thanks Ultrasabers!
