I had trouble placing my order several times, it would not let me put my credit card information in, I said I had to be verified. But It is mailing to my address of my credit card and my house.

Only suggestion would be to make the "grab bag sabers" easier to find on the main page. I had to use the search button, which isn't hard, but wouldn't have known too look unless a friend didn't refer me first.

After receiving my purchase, I was asked to rate is as *either* a "great buy", "great deal", "great price" or "great value". It's all FOUR of those options, along with great QUALITY and extremely fast order processing. I have a feeling I'll be back for an emerald version in the near future...
The website is easy to use and the customization options are simply the best feature and really makes it possible to have one built just for you. The staff is very quick to respond if you have questions and they try to help you as best as they can. It's weird because you see a lot of these hilts and they don't look like light sabers, and you start to question if you'll find "the one". And then when you're about to settle on a low end saber that you think "kind of looks like something I would want", you find the Bellicose and all seems right with the world. Awesome experience in trying to find the right saber and can't wait to see what arrives.
