Ultrasabers is great

I ordered a 32" heavy grade blade, but request this be shortened to 27". Hope this can be done.

You delivered everything requested in rapid time to the UK.
The Graflex is awesome.

As far as the website ordering my only comment was that there were no addon options\prompts or suggestions and the for basic items like the wrench to take it apart and the plug not a big deal but would have added some items to my order at the same time - i did find it later but did not want to place a 2nd order for those at that point

No complaints any longer. Original issue was resolved and it wasn't even the products fault. It was my user error lol!

Great service, awesome first saber

Website is pretty busy. Hard to navigate for a new user.

Lightsaber arrived promptly! After some light swinging and clashing, no actual combat just showing folks in the office, two of the metal parts came loose and would not screw back together. It doesn't appear to have broken, the threads just don't seem designed to screw tightly together. I'll have to return it and hope it's not a design flaw.

Everything is very descriptive on the website and the customization process is wonderful. Amazing company!

This was a gift to myself for my retirement from the navy. I should have splurged for the sound. Other than that, it is excellent, thank you.

In terms of the ordering process, it's fairly easy and lots of information in the forum to help with the purchase decisions.

My saber is amazing. I am irritating my wife to no end with the constant fiddling with my obsidian sounds. Even makes a handy light source when strolling to the kitchen for a midnight snack!
