The light saber itself is awesome! Great build quality. Sturdy enough to take and beating and heavy enough to feel like a real saber. The color is bright and vibrant, even with the heavy blade. I wish the green extra LED had also come with the flash on clash silver, like my blue, but overall the product is still the best I've ever purchased and I'm still stoked.
This is a gift for our son but when it arrived we got it out of the box and checked it out. We enjoyed it so much that we may be ordering our own. That's how awesome you are lightsabers are
Simply the best of the best.
The web page is simple enough to navigate, I do like Emery's voice on the videos. He speaks very clearly, but there needs to be more than just a static shot, while he is talking. Perhaps some shots of people using the Ultrasabers or slow panning shots of the sabers as Emery voices over the footage playing.
As for the sabers themselves, they are perfect. Everything was just how I ordered them online, these are some high-quality sabers I totally love them. Anyone hesitant about ordering from them should not be, you will like whatever you order.
Initially I was frustrated with the website. I would customize a saber and put it in my wishlist or in the shopping cart and exit the site. When I came back to follow up my wish list or go to the cart to purchase, the customization would be gone or the cart would be empty. When I finally was able to get my customization and purchase in the same session, everything was great. I was able to get my shipping changed and had very quick email response to some shipping questions. I only wish Fedex was as quick and responsive as Ultrasabers. I needed to have my delivery held, as recommended by Ultrasabers to solve a gift surprise moment, but Fedex didn't want to hold my delivery, citing shipper instructions which forbade holding the shipment. Eventually, it all worked out. And the new saber was worth it! Great quality and craftsmanship. And great customer service.

This is the second saber I've purchased from UltraSabers, and am pleased with both the quality of the product and the customer service. I made a minor error in submitting the order for this one, which I noticed looking at the invoice. Linda was able to correct the problem and still meet the expedited shipping I needed.
