Quick and no problems at all. All the options were very specific and helping.
The hilt is larger than I thought it would be. I thought it would be the size of the saber off which it was based, but it is a good deal larger.
Had a great time building a lightsaber with my son, choices were many and he was able to build exactly what he wanted.
Great shopping experience and great product. Finish and quality are fantastic. Ordered two, one for my cousin and another for my nephew (who was trying to play with a full sized one which was too heavy). The 24" blade with a carefully chosen hilt - it was perfect.

The delivery time was force speed fast. I got it within a week of ordering. The downside is that there were some impurities on the blade. A scratch in one or two places on the screws or a sharp edge not smoothed out enough. Very minor details and won't be seen unless you look at it for a long time. In general, their hilts are a little larger than others. They're very sturdy with satisfying sounds. They're cheaper priced, but a little larger than other companies.
