Great buy, good turnaround time. Only complaint is that the battery pack shifts around in the grip, it can be felt and heard.

This is my 2nd grab bag gift and it has been a huge success. Will be ordering another grab bag for a birthday at the end of February
It was great for the first hour then it became defective. It would reboot over and over again and then it would just "screech" and I couldn't turn it off. The blade wouldn't light up either. I replaced the batteries and that didn't help either. I also used electrical tape to make sure the batteries were in snuggly. I am about to contact customer service to see if they can replace my saber. I still have faith in these guys and I'm believe I was just unlucky to receive a defective saber.
