Excellent. I said I needed it by Thursday, and it was at my door on Tuesday. I requested an unlisted option (the 40" blades) and was able to get them. Extremely pleased, and will (and have) recommended Ultrasabers.
It was a nice experience to build my own lightsaber! I loved all the configuration steps. I hope it will arrive soon.:-)
I think I got the Allen wrench but it didn't come with the shipment. Everything else was perfect and will buy another one from this site
I was shocked how real it felt holding the lightsaber once I received it. I am also very glad I watched some youtube videos and picked the heavy duty 40" blade so I have the option of dueling. I kept it simple with only one color for my first time purchasing a saber. I had to put on my jedi cloak and fire it up outside. The sound effects are great.

Overall, I would have rated everything a 5 plus, but overally, I had two issue on the day I received the order. I opened the box, got the lithium batteries all charged, got the blade in place, replaced the blade with the blade plug...and there is where my issue lies. The blade plug I was sent does not fit properly into the hilt, got just the tiniest bit too far into the hilt and proceeded to get stuck. It took some rather frustrating work on my end to get it back out. Also (and this is minor), to switch between sound fonts is not quite as user friendly / intuitive as we are told. Mine kept getting stuck on "Confirm", but after playing around with it for a time, this has mostly worked itself out.
Overall, I would rate Ultrasabers as Customer Service as a 5 star (perfect), delivery 5, saber itself 4.999 (you all lose 0.001 points for that sound font business) and accessories as a 3. I am sure given how good there customer service is that US will be willing to work with me on that blade plug issue also. But hey, no one's 100 perfect, right?
Also, as a personal aside, I will be ordering a new, shorter blade today (the day after my order was received). I am apparently too short for the 36 inch and need the 32. But that is NOT in any way Ultrasaber's fault. That is on me. You guys are great. Keep up the good work and May the Force Be with You.

Post purchase: Very high quality and we'll made. Torn apart and very easy to put back together. After twiring and spinning, I noticed small scrapes. This is coming from the top portion of the hilt. Nothing a few well places calluses won't fix over time.
I look forward to purchasing my next one.

My only complaint is not with ultrasabers at all but with the shipping via FedEx. I paid for 2 day delivery and my items shipped out Thursday but I did not receive them until Monday.
