Would love to see a confirmation about when work is started on the order between order placement and shipping confirmation, but that's minor.

Love the way Ultrasabers implemented the customization options. A page at a time instead of overwhelming us with several choices on a single page.

Paypal integration is not that hard. Your site should redirect without the extra clicks.

Easy buying process

Somewhat confusing with so many options, so it took a while to figure it all out. Very pleased with the saber. As many say, better quality than expected, amazing brightness and sound.

UI is a little shaky for mobile users, but love the product and site layout.

Awesome stuff, different claw and pommel options would be cool. That being said I may end up building my own at some point depending on how I like this one.

There are some sharp finishes on some of the edges.

First time buying a replica saber of this caliber ever. Lots of options to choose from, luckily there are links to videos and forum posts to explain nearly all of it to help with the decision making.

Very pleased with the easy to order system. It made the entire process quick & amazing to use! The lightsabers look to be of top quality and we are eager to have them with us!

Free initiate that came with order is really cool, but the battery pack inside is ALWAYS sliding around and sometimes shuts off completely, thinking of getting some cork to fill the void, thankful I didn't pay for it..

Out of the sabers I have ordered so far, I have not had any problems whatso ever. The customer support on this site is great and the products are all high quality.
