I order a mystery box and when I open it it stayed I got one with sound but it did not have sound. I emailed to let them know and they sad that one does not come with sound in the mystery box.

It was difficult getting the site to let me use paypal, not sure if it is a bug or what was wrong.
I tried four times to check out. Turns out I was missing the 'state' field, shipping $$ was missing from the order. I wish your site indicated that was a required field and show an error message if the state drop down box hadn't been checked. Thanks... - Doug

Awsome! But a little high on shipping charges and I wasent expecting the extra import fee would have been nice to know that it was going to happen.
The manufacturing quality is terrific. Solid, and no issues with craftsmanship. My only issues are the changes to how you cycle through the sound fonts. Instead of it being button activated, you use the motion of the saber hilt to go through menus. It's not great and half the time I can't get it to react to my motions of the saber. I'd prefer they went back to the button activation and cycling. But, I may be alone in that.
The only other gripe I have is one that is KIND of inescapable in an online store. The Scorpion is A GIGANTIC saber. Much, MUCH to big for me. Not only is it only for 2-handed grip, the circumference of the hilt is almost ridiculous. This probably falls into a case of person gripe, but just be aware. The Scorpion is a gigantic battle axe of a saber hilt!
Sound is fantastic, response to motion is really good, and the design is eye catching. Also, customer service was really quick to respond and super nice!

My saber was scratched up and not in the best condition overall
Answer: Hello Dale R. What I can tell you is that Ultrasabers reside in Texas and I live in Southern Québec, in Canada. It took about 4 days for the two Sabers I ordered to get to me. That is extremely fast by my experience. I've been doing mail orders since 1995, between once a month to 4 times a year. In that time, I have never seen such speed. Hope this helps.
Answer: Yes as far as I know all the hilts are made from aircraft aluminum
Answer: Currently it says they have a 4 week lead time meaning it should take 4 weeks to complete. However this is not accurate. I recently received an email saying that they were updating their lead times to be more accurate. Back to your question though. As you know we are stuck in a pandemic. This makes it hard for their providers to give them all the parts they need. So, it takes at least a couple more weeks currently to finish orders.

Answer: Yup they are from the USofA - I got mine from them, Im based in Australia so I had the same concerns - but the customer service it outstanding. They are expensive but well worth it!
