I LOVE the concept of the mystery box, a friend and I got a mystery box and the hilt is extremely well made. We both got a dark hilt with red, but that's okay! I'll probably do it again, hope to get sound like my friend did!

The only complaint I have about Ultrasabers is the lack of a virtual builder, or something of the sort. It's very hard to build a custom lightsaber without being able to see how the parts will look together.
Other than that, I adore this company! Shipping is lightning fast, and the lightsabers are stunning!

This is my first order from any saber company and I will say from a costumer service point of view I will continue to do business with US. I ordered a stunt saber but after the order I lamented and wanted sound. US was incredibly helpful in "building the saber you want." The hilt is phenomenal, exactly what I wanted. Thank you.

Nervous as any first time buyer might be but the online chat and vid reviews really helped. Also me mates that have them really sold me on them especially my friend Sean Ward, he's a Legend. The staff was always there to answer my questions and gave me sound info and advice. I've looked at other sites and Ultrasabers has the most options for the best price. Not that I'm dogging the other sites, just simply that I like Ultrasabers options better. If the saber is as awesome as I hope I'll likely make them my one-stop saber shop.To augment a quote from a famous Admiral "IT'S A DEAL!" anyway, I hope to see Ultrasabers at a con in the future to add to my saber family. Real Good experience overall. I just think that you should include a basic guide on how everything work. We have hard time to locate how to shut down the light saber, we firering it up by pressing the only switch on the Graflex SE but we had some fun trying to closing it until 15 minutes later I hold down the button accidentally and then the magic occurred, it closed ;)
So many options. Other than too much text on each screen and so many exceptions, everything else is great.
