There were a couple of bugs with the checkout page, first it kept going to an error page and then it wasn't recognising that it was a paypal transaction but we got there eventually. The Diamond controller is F**ing awesome! I advise everyone to spend the little bit extra! It"s more than worth it :)

Fast, good service (especially for the size of the crowd) and got exactly what we asked for. I'm very happy with the service and the product :)
Only wish is that more of the grab bag sabers had sound. Pulling one without was very disappointing.

I wish you would add more detailed pictures of the color differences in the different grades of tubes. I felt that I had to do a lot of research myself before being able to decide. Otherwise everything else was pretty smooth.

As always great! The shipping is very fast even if you send something back in to them to be changed or repaired. You can't do better than Ultrasabers unless you have the real thing.

I am giving this as a gift to my daughter for Christmas so I'm hoping that any warranty that applies will still be valid when she open at Christmas.
